Dora Acosta, Director of Community Management, brings her expertise to several areas within the organization. Dora oversees the Bakersfield office operations and manages a portfolio of diverse accounts. She holds the California Association of Community Managers (CACM®) designation.

Dora is a veteran of the property management industry, and her experience spans more than 17 years. Starting as a concierge in an on-site active adult community, Dora has earned several notable promotions over the course of her career. Dora has poured into her clients and her team through relationship building and mentorship, continually demonstrating her commitment to outstanding leadership and industry knowledge.

Born in Northridge, CA, Dora has lived in Bakersfield since 2007. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and listening to true crime podcasts.
